Ground Pork and Beef meatballs, wrapped in bacon, and smoked. Tossed and glazed in BBQ sauce. These are a crowd pleaser! Make sure to order a lot, they will disappear fast!
Spare Ribs
Mouth watering pork ribs. Rubbed with a sweet and savory mixture of herbs and spices, smoked competition style. You will be getting the best rack in town! Order by the half, or get a full rack to attack.
